At Suelta, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • unaltered
  • with all original tags attached
  • in the original packaging

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Contact Before Returning

Before returning any item, you must contact us first at info@sueltajewerly.com

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We do not offer free returns.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

All approved returns must be sent to our central overseas return facility in Asia.

Return shipping fees depend on the courier, parcel size, weight, and destination.

Optional note:

Typical return shipping costs are usually around 30$ per parcel, and in some cases additional customs charges may apply. We mention this in advance to provide transparency and to help customers make an informed decision before returning an item independently. In many cases, it also allows us to explore a more suitable solution together first.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • personalized or custom-made items
  • underwear, lingerie, or other hygiene-sensitive items
  • items that show signs of wear, washing, use, damage, or alteration after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

5. Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

If your exchange request is approved, you may keep the original item while the replacement item is arranged.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sueltajewerly.com

To help us assess the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number
  • a short explanation
  • clear photos or videos of the item

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

7. Missing Items

If part of your order is missing, please contact us at info@sueltajewerly.com

If the missing item claim is confirmed, we will send the missing item at no extra cost.

8. Refunds

After your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

9. Rejected Returns

A return may be rejected if:

  • the item has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
  • tags or original packaging are missing
  • the item is returned outside the 30-day return period
  • the return was sent without prior approval
  • the item does not meet the return conditions stated in this policy

If your return is rejected, no refund will be issued.

10. Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we are not responsible for any resulting delay, loss, or extra costs.

If the parcel is returned, reshipment may only be possible at the customer’s expense.
